OREANDA-NEWS. October 21, 2010. KIT Finance Capital is about to float a RUB 4 bn bond issue of series 2 at a par value of RUB 1000. The bond matures in 3.5 years and is to be placed by open subscription on the MICEX.

Premature redemption is possible upon holder or issuer’s request. Bond coupons are to be paid at 6-month intervals. On October 21, KIT Finance should start floating a RUB 300 mn 3.5-year debut bond issue.
