OREANDA-NEWS. October 21, 2010. General Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine has withdrawn its claim against State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPFU) and ArcelorMittal Dusburg GMbH. The court proceedings on this matter has been stopped.

Cristophe Cornier, Vice President and Management Board Member, ArcelorMittal, said “We welcome the decision to stop these proceedings. We are grateful to the Cabinet of Ministers for their consistent support through out this process. We welcome the government’s proposal for discussions on our operations and projects in Ukraine.”
