OREANDA-NEWS. October 20, 2010. Sibirtelecom in Zabaikalsky Krai took the 1st place in the regional stage of the Russian Competition “Russian Organization of High Social Efficiency” in the nomination “For the Development of Personnel Potential” and the 2nd place in the nomination “For the Development of Social Partnership”. Prize-winning places were given at the first regional stage of the competition held among enterprises of Zabaikalsky Krai.

The competition is held with the purpose to attract public attention to the importance of social questions at the level of organizations, to demonstrate examples of solution of social tasks, to stimulate organizations to use positive experience in this area.

A competent jury summed up the results of the competition in 5 nominations. Authenticity of information in applications of the participants were analyzed by the Ministry of Labour Resources and Demographical Policy in Zabaikalsky Krai. The information was requested from the State Inspectorate Office for Labour in Zabaikalsky Krai, Department of Federal Migration Service of Russia in Zabaikalsky Krai, Department of Federal Tax Service in Zabaikalsky Krai, Regional Fund for mandatory medical insurance in Zabaikalsky Krai, in Zabaikalsky Regional Department of the Social Security Fund of the Russian Federation and in the Department of the Pension Fund in Zabaikalsky Krai.

“To achieve good results, it is necessary to create a good atmosphere in the team. We try to pay special attention to questions of social security of our employees”, said Konstantin Motlyakh, Director of Zabaikalsky Branch of Sibirtelecom OJSC.

The winners of the competition were awarded diplomas and valuable gifts in a ceremonial atmosphere.
