OREANDA-NEWS. October 20, 2010. Basic Element Company announces appointment of Andrey Pospelov as Director of Corporate Finance Department. In this role he will be in charge of corporate finance and relations with financial institutions.

Since December 2009 Andrey Pospelov has been a Corporate Finance Director of En+ Group, which he had joined in May 2008. He was the head of the Company's Corporate Finance Group till December 2009. In 2007-2008, Andrey Pospelov was Deputy CFO of United Oil Group (oil and gas assets manager of En+ Group); prior to the employment with UOG Andrey Pospelov held a number of positions in the banking sector in Russia and Singapore.

Andrey Pospelov graduated from the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation (International Currency and Credit Relations); he is a member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK.
