OREANDA-NEWS. October 20, 2010. In 9M10 TMM Company's sales volume (factual cash receipts from sales of properties) increased 35% y-o-y and amounted to UAH 212.8 million. The 3rd quarter showed the highest growth in sales volume (86% increase y-o-y).

The share of pre-sales increased 2x y-o-y and made up 43% of the total volume.

In Kyiv TMM currently conducts pre-sales in Sonyachna Brama residential complex and Aviator residential complex, which is scheduled for commissioning in October 2010, and continues sales in three completed projects – 59 Zverinetska st; 2 and 2v Chaadaeva st.

In Kharkiv sales take place in five completed projects and three projects under construction - Green Town, Cascade and Edelweiss.

The sales growth and increase of the volume of pre-sales were supported by the stable pace of construction of TMM's current projects in Kyiv and Kharkiv as well as the company's marketing activities.
