OREANDA-NEWS. October 20, 2010. Kazcat (Almaty, hereinafter - the company), securities of which are listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE that it is to hold a special general shareholders' meeting on November 5, 2010 at 11:00 a.m., reported the press-centre of KASE.

The meeting agenda's only issue is choosing the auditing company.

The mentioned meeting will take place at Al-Farabi blvd. 19, pavilion 2b, 8th floor, office 805, Almaty. Participant registration will start at 10:30 a.m.

The list of shareholders entitled to taking part in the said meeting will be drawn up as of October 28, 2010.

In case of absence of quorum, a repeated shareholders' meeting will be held on November 6, 2010 at the same time, at the above address.
