OREANDA-NEWS. October 20, 2010. As was communicated earlier, "The Best Investor" contest started on September 15 amongst retail investors and it will run up to December 15 of this year, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The contest is open for Kazakhstan residents who came of age and have a new brokerage account. Organizers are Private Investors' Club and professional market participants with direct support from Regional Financial Centre of  Almaty.

The term for acceptance of applications has been extended until November 1, 2010. So, the participants' registration will be carried out from September 15 to November 1, inclusive. The contest will be closed on November 15, at 17:00 after trading ends on KASE. The contest results will be summarized from December 20 to December 25, 2010.

By the contest results the winner in nomination "The Best Investor" will be announced who will be awarded KZT500,000. Other participants whom demonstrated good results will be rewarded with valuable prizes from the event sponsors.
