Ingosstrakh Is General Partner of 21st Kremlin Cup Tournament

Famous tennis players from Russia, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Argentina and a number of other countries such as Check Republic, Cyprus, Serbia, Belarus, Ukraine, Bulgaria and Poland confirmed their participation in the tournament. The prize fund of the tournament is USD 2,080,500.
Ingosstrakh and Kremlin Cup CJSC have been cooperating as long as nine consecutive years. All these years Ingosstrakh has also acted as the general insurer of the event. This year Ingosstrakh has insured the organisers of the tournament against liability for life, bodily injury or damage to the property of third parties, including visitors, participants, spectators, guests, employees, tenants as a result of the event. Just like in previous years the limit of liability is USD 5 million with indemnification to be paid out in Russian rubles.
By acting as the general partner of the tournament, Ingosstrakh not only provides reliable insurance coverage but also implements a number of its own initiatives. Every year the insurer holds photography contests for the photo journalists accredited to the event. The authors of the best photographs taken during the Kremlin Cup will be given valuable gifts.
In addition to that since 2008 Ingosstrakh has been giving special prizes to the participants in the tournament in the Fair Play and Miss Kremlin Cup nominations. These awards were established to commemorate the president and the chairperson of the board of the company, V. Scherbakov. Vyacheslav Scherbakov also regarded supporting the Kremlin Cup as one of the main sponsorship projects of Ingosstrakh. The winners in the special nominations are selected by a special commission, consisting of representatives of Ingosstrakh, Kremlin Cup, ATP World Tour and Sony Ericsson WATA Tour. The spectators were supplied with a brochure with a schedule of all the matches and players, and everyone who wished could get it at the Olympic complex during the tournament. This year Ingosstrakh plans to publish a guidebook to international tennis tournaments and offer it to the spectators. The guidebook draws on information from such authoritative sources as ATP World Tour and Sony Ericsson WTA Tour 2010 – 2011 and contains information about the place and date of each tournament, the players participating in it, the prize fund and the names of last year’s winners.
