MEGABANK Summarized Social Survey of Its Clients
OREANDA-NEWS. October 19, 2010. "MEGABANK, PJSC" summed up the social survey of its customers. As the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board Vyacheslav Ryutin, the survey was conducted at the bank's web-site in the first half of this year. Everyone could take part in it by answering the question "what criteria do you enjoy when choosing a bank", reported the press-centre of MEGABANK.
About 1.5 thousand clients polled in the survey, 35% responded that chose "MEGABANK, PJSC" because it trusted, 24% of respondents said that they like the quality of service in the bank, 19% of respondents drew a list of services that provided by the bank, 15% of respondents reported a convenient location of bank branches, 8% reported that they chose "MEGABANK, PJSC" on the recommendation of friends.
The Deputy Chairman of the Management Board stressed that the bank's management is grateful to everyone who participated in the survey, and noticed that such a scheme of communication allows us to obtain objective information on the views of clients, identify weaknesses in work and improve the quality of products and services.
Vyacheslav Ryutin noted that every client can indicate their wishes, questions or complaints using the bank's web-site. To every request client should be given a response or an explanation. "The trust of clients is the most valuable thing that any banking institution has. We do our best to ensure that the credibility of the "MEGABANK, PJSC" strengthened with each passing day and then a client came to our bank, he will receive the maximum comfort and benefit", - stressed Vyacheslav Ryutin.
