OREANDA-NEWS. October 19, 2010. Representatives of IBA Minsk and IBA Rus participated in Russian CIO Summit 2010 that took place in Moscow region, Russia, reported the press-centre of IBA.

The event is a good venue to share experience, study IT innovations, and build business contacts. Combining a conference, an exhibition and networking events, Russian CIO Summit 2010 gathered more than 500 IT executives and top managers of 318 enterprises from the CIS countries. At its booth, IBA Group held numerous meetings with representatives of large-scale Russian companies including Block, Panasonic, and Baltika Breweries.

This year the organizers of the event introduced a new prize entitled The Golden Dozen. The prize is intended for the best IT executives who implement the most interesting and complicated IT projects.

Sergei Akoulich, IBA Business Development Director, comments: “Participation in such events is immensely valuable owing to a unique possibility to acquire important knowledge. Informal communication allows for discussing the most complicated challenges and the search of creative and non-traditional solutions. CIO summits enrich us with the understanding of the customers’ problems, which is subsequently reflected in our proposals.”
