OREANDA-NEWS. October 18, 2010. A regular meeting of Gazprom Neft Board of Directors was held on October 4 to review a range of ongoing matters related to the operational and business activities of the Company. It was the first time that the meeting was held in the Company's St. Petersburg office at 6 English Embankment.

The discussion touched upon the procedures for transferring the oilfield services business out of Gazprom Neft. Besides, the Board members took a favorable view of the future development of the Company's activities in the Cuban shelf area in the Gulf of Mexico.
