OREANDA-NEWS. October 15, 2010. Ipoteka-bank joint-stock commercial mortgage bank is actively working in the market of retail banking services.

As of 1 October 2010 the bank extended mortgage credits to 4,960 families. At that, the bank extended credits worth a total of 113.8 billion soums.

To be noted, the volume of mortgage credits issued in 2009 made up 35.5 billion soums, 29.8 billion soums ( 84%) were extended to young families for the purchase of housing.
