Belarusian Beer Output Increased 15.6%

In September, beer production was flat on the year at 3.792 million decaliters.
JSC Krinitsa, based in
JSC Olivaria, based in the city of
Heineken Breweries, based in
JSC Lidskoe Pivo (Lida Beer), in the Grodno Region, increased beer output 14.7% to 4.386 million decaliters.
JSC Brest Beer produced 2.405 million decaliters of beer, up 16.3%.
CJSC Rechitsapivo, located in the Gomel Region, produced 817,000 decaliters of beer in the period, up 2.7%.
Beer output in plastic bottles went up 14.4% to 23.219 million decaliters, in glass bottles rose 17.1% to 5.268 million decaliters, in kegs increased 36.5% to 2.027 million decaliters and in cans fell 26.6% to 278,000 decaliters.
Belarusian beer supplies to domestic wholesalers and retailers increased 7.7% on the year in January-September to 26.366 million decaliters.
Krinitsa sales went down 12.4% to 8.766 million decaliters, Olivaria sales went up 9.2% to 5.427 million decaliters, Lidskoe pivo sales increased 12.2% to 3.922 million decaliters, and sales of Brest Beer fell 5.4% to 1.828 million decaliters, of Heineken Breweries increased 83% to 5.687 million decaliters and of Rechitsapivo dropped 15.2% to 606,000 decaliters
