OREANDA-NEWS. October 14, 2010. Raiffeisenbank has announced that it is holding a new promotion — More Points with the RASPBERRY-Raiffeisenbank VISA Card. Any customer who obtains a RASPBERRY-Raiffeisenbank VISA credit card before November 30, will receive a 50% discount on the first year of service and the opportunity to earn up to 9,000 complimentary RASPBERRY® points, reported the press-centre of Raiffeisenbank.

In order for the customer to receive 9,000 complimentary points as part of the RASPBERRY® points award scheme, he or she must make a purchase on the credit card for more than one thousand roubles in one of the following restaurants or cafes: Rosinter Restaurants, IL Patio, Planet Sushi, TGI Friday’s, Costa Coffee, 1-2-3 cafe, Moca Loca, Benihana, Mama Rasha, or at a BP petrol station. 3000 points will be awarded immediately and the remaining 6000 two weeks after the first purchase is made. The RASPBERRY® points awards scheme has now become even more attractive to customers. According to the new terms, for every 100 roubles spent on the RASPBERRY-Raiffeisenbank VISA card the customer receives 10 points. Customers who connect for the first time to the SMS-notification Raiffeisen MOBILE service by 30 October receive an additional 500 RASPBERRY® points. This offer is valid for all holders of the RASPBERRY-Raiffeisenbank VISA card.

More good news for RASPBERRY-Raiffeisenbank VISA cardholders. Raiffeisenbank is now issuing RASPBERRY-Raiffeisenbank VISA international credit cards with a chip and a new design. As before, the cards will have a magnetic strip, which will mean that they can be used in any ATM and retail and service businesses that accepta VISA cards. The presence of the chip will significantly increase the level of security of the cards.
