OREANDA-NEWS. October 13, 2010.   The first stage of certification audit on the compliance of the environmental management system introduced at the company to the ISО 14001:2004 international standard started at Vostokenergo (DTEK) on October 06-08, 2010. The audit consists of two stages. The first stage is aimed at assessing compliance and making notes about the discovered facts of non-compliance.

The second stage summarizes changes implemented in the company. The audit was carried out by the representatives of Management System Consulting (Kharkov) and Moody International (Moscow, the Russian Federation) international audit companies. They started working at Kurakhovskaya TPP on the 6th of October, continued at Luganskaya and Zuevskaya TPPs on the 7th of October and finished at the management company in Donetsk on the 8th of October. The second final stage of the audit will take place on October 20-22, 2010.
