OREANDA-NEWS. October 13, 2010. ATFBank (Almaty), securities of which are listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), by an official letter informed KASE that its Board of Directors made the following decisions, reported the press-centre of KASE:

- on deals with regard to the implementation of which there is some interestedness: treasury deals concluded by the Bank with UniCredit Group members  in the period from July 1, 2010 to July 31, 2010 have been ratified;

- changes in the Bank's Management Board have been approved: M. Arlotto and P. Haskovec have been appointed members of ATFBank Management Board after being granted work permits according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. At the same time, A. Huber and D. Fiyan have left the Management Board on their own initiative.
