OREANDA-NEWS. October 13, 2010. As it was informed in the National Bank of Moldova, at the same time the Moldavian licensed banks got the loans to the mount of USD 91,53 million, economic agents from other sectors – to USD 118,37 million.

The NBM got the loans to the amount of USD 31,08 million, government – to USD 101,27 million. The loans to the amount of USD 40,24 million have been used by the government for implementation of structural projects.

The World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the government of Poland are among the major creditors of Moldova. As it was reported before, the total external debt of Moldova as at the end of I half a year 2010 amounted to USD 4 billion 351,37 million, reducing since the beginning of the year by USD 12, 73 million (0,3%).

However the external state debt and the state guaranteed debt has increased by USD 48,05 million (4,2%) - from USD 1 billion 139,88 million to USD 1 billion 187,93 million. At the same time, the private non-guaranteed external debt has reduced by USD 60,78 million (1,9%) - from USD 3 billion 224,22 million to USD 3 billion 163,44 million.
