OREANDA-NEWS. We inform you that several changes in the Terms and conditions of issue, use and maintenance of payment cards, as well as in the Price lists Payment cards will become effective on 1 December 2010, reported the press-centre of Regionala Investiciju Banka.

Please get acquainted with the changes in these documents, which are an integral part of the Agreement for the issue and maintenance of the payment card.
In case of objections against the proposed changes, please inform JSC “Regionala investiciju banka” by 1 December 2010 by submitting a notice in written form. If such notice is not received by this date, it will be considered that you have agreed to the respective changes in the Terms and Conditions of Issue, Use and Maintenance of Payment Cards, as well as in the Price lists of Payment cards.

If objections are submitted during this period, you have the right to terminate the Agreement for the issue and maintenance of the payment card, without any penalties, at any time before the changes become effective. If objections are submitted, but you do not use the right to terminate the Agreement for the issue and maintenance of the payment card, it will be considered that you have agreed to the proposed changes.

The following changes will be implemented in the Price lists of Payment cards for both residents and non-residents:

1. Users of Card MasterCard Gold will be offered free travel insurance for a year, while users of MasterCard Mass and MasterCard Business Cards will have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance for a year on favorable terms: the commission for MasterCard Mass users will be 25 EUR per year, for MasterCard Business users – 30 EUR per year.

2. The price list now includes commission for the SMS bank – it can be connected free of charge, while the fee for each short message sent is 0.06 LVL/ 0.12 USD/ 0.09 EUR.

3. A minimum commission has been established for cash withdrawal in JSC “Regionala investiciju banka” with other banks payment cards– 1.50 LVL/ 3 USD/ 2 EUR.

4. A fee in the amount of 2% of the Transaction amount shall be charged from now on for currency conversion if currency of transfer differs from Card’s account currency.
