OREANDA-NEWS. October 12, 2010.  The parties' point at issue was an opportunity of adoption by the company of RAB regulation since 2011, and prospects of the grid complex development in the region.

In the Arkhangelsk Region Administration, consultations were held within the framework of the reached arrangements and were devoted to adoption of a new tariff method incorporating return on invested capital (RAB regulation) since 2011 and further development of the electric grid complex in the region.

Taking part in the negotiations with Ilya Mikhalchuk, the Governor of the Arkhangelsk Region were Anatoly Kushnerov, Deputy General Director for Corporate Governance; Olga Makarova, Deputy General Director for Economy and Finance, Yury Yampolsky, Director of the branch "Arkhenergo"
Top managers of IDGC of North-West, in their personal direct dialogue with the head of the region, discussed positions, agreed to work out some questions additionally, which for that day generated a discord between the parties, and then to sit down at the negotiating table.
