OREANDA-NEWS. October 12, 2010. AMT BANK extended the existing programme of cutting the fee for granting ruble mortgage loans fr om 2.5% till 1.5% of the loan amount. Moreover, debiting of funds from the loan account of the customer at the time of getting a mortgage loan is free of charge, reported the press-centre of AMT BANK.  

The fee cutting programme is valid in all regions, wh ere the Bank is present, till October 31, 2010. The minimum amount of the fee for grating a loan is RUB 10 000 (Ten Thousand).

AMT BANK grants loans for purchasing finished housing and for purchasing an apartment in a newly built house. The maximum amount of the loan is from RUB 3 up to 18 mln depending on the region wh ere a loan is given.
