Quotation of ordinary and preferred shares of VOMZ (RTS Board ticker – vomd and vomdp respectively) will be halted, due to state registration of the issues of ordinary and preferred shares that are placed by conversion into shares of the same category (type) with a larger par value. Quotation of the shares will be resumed after the state registration of the reports on the results of the securities issue.

RTS Board is a bulletin board for indicative quotation of securities (shares, bonds, investment funds) from both Russian and foreign issuers that have not been admitted to trading on OJSC "Russian Trading System" Stock Exchange.

At the moment 1759 securities of 1281 companies are included in RTS Board.
