OREANDA-NEWS. October 11, 2010. The Government will support Finnish investors that invest in Ukraine. The Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov said that during a meeting with representatives of the Confederation of Finnish industrialists. "I promise you support of your initiatives by our Government" - Mykola Azarov said.

At the same time the President of Finnish company “Konecranes” Pekka Lundmark said that Ukraine has considerable potential for the production of cranes and proposed to create a technology park in Zaporizhzhya, which will produce engineering products. "Ukraine could become an advanced country of crane production" - he said. During the meeting a number of Finnish companies have also expressed a desire to create a Machine Building technology park in Zaporizhzhya.

In turn, the Prime Minister noted that Ukraine is interested in sharing the Finnish experience during construction of bridge structures. "Ukraine will always be on the side of those who defended their rights under the contract. Our goal is to create conditions where all the obligations of our country are faithfully executed" - the Head of Government said.

Thus Mykola Azarov stressed that Ukraine is undertaken a series of reforms aimed at deregulating the national economy and creating an attractive investment climate. Ukrainian Premier stressed that the draft Tax Code provides for the establishment in Ukraine the most attractive investment climate in Europe.

Separately, the Prime Minister underlined the importance of judicial reform in the State, which significantly reduce the level of corruption that, unfortunately, has place in Ukraine. In particular, the PM noted that over the past 5 months, more than 80 judges are dismissed for violation of oath.
