The prices for 2-room apartments were as follows: EUR 579-688 per 1 square meter in Botanica; EUR 684-695 in Buiucani; EUR 705-770 in the Center; EUR 638-686 in Ciocana and EUR 666-724 per 1 square meters in Riscanovca.

3-room apartments in September 2010 were sold for: EUR 525-618 in Botanica; EUR 585-601 in Buiucani; EUR 505-665 in the Center; EUR 561-637 in Ciocana and EUR 595-637 in Riscanovca. 4-room apartments were sold at the price of EUR 476-557 per 1 square meter in Botanica; EUR 544-557– in Buiucani; EUR 541-595 - in the Center; EUR 505-562– in Ciocana and EUR 557-578 – in Riscanovca.
