OREANDA-NEWS. October 06, 2010. In Sept, the Ukrainian pipe making industry has demonstrated a 12.7% growth rate. For the third month in a row, HRTR is demonstrating double digit pipe output growth, this time with a 52.2% mom growth, nevertheless trailing last year’s Jan-Sept performance by 59.7% yoy. Interpipe's NVTR production has doubled decline rate to 10.2% mom, while NITR has grown 7.7% mom. The rest of the industry has shown a 6.9% mom increase in their output.

Millennium Capital: the news is POSITIVE for PIPES. The growth leader HRTR once again doubled the production, this time on the back of the contract with Russian Transneftegaz. However, HRTR still remains largely underutilized, with a 59.7% decrease in the nine-month output as compared to the 2009 results. Interpipe’s NVTR and NITR maintained status quo without new major orders.
