OREANDA-NEWS. October 05, 2010. BSGV is launching a federal campaign on mortgage loans for the period of September 27 – October 31, reported the press-centre of BSGV.

Within the campaign, interest rates for all mortgage programs for loans in rubles are decreased by 1% - 1.5%. The minimal interest rate is fixed at the level of 11% for “Flat” loan program in rubles.

Those clients who have already their mortgage loans approved but not disbursed will have a chance to take the advantage of new more interesting loan terms.
