Turkmen Exchange Concluded 19 Transactions
OREANDA-NEWS. October 04, 2010. 19 transactions were concluded at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan last week.
Businessmen from Afghanistan bought liquefied gas from the Nayip terminal, and K-354 carbon black (Turkmenhimiya State Concern) was the choice of buyers from Russia. Also, the transactions in the foreign currency were concluded for ginned cotton, semi-wet blue, unbleached knitted cloth and cotton yarn. The buyer countries: Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Liechtenstein, Singapore, Russia and the Virgin Islands. The total amount of the contracts concluded in the foreign currency exceeded USD 25.088 million.
Businessmen from Turkey and Tajikistan bought unbleached knitted cloth, the Virgin Islands – cattle skins; Kyrgyzstan - unbleached greige yarn for deposit manats. The total amount of the contracts concluded in deposit manats exceeded 202,400 manats.
Turkmen businessmen bought polypropylene produced at the Turkmenbashi oil refineries.
