OREANDA-NEWS. October 04, 2010. WGC-3 Group announces its unaudited consolidated financial statements for the six months ended June 30, 2010 prepared in accordance with IFRS, reported the press-centre of WGC-3.

EBITDA comprised RUR 934 million in the six months ended June 30, 2009. EBITDA margin levels 6%.

Total Revenue increased by RUR 2,781 million or by 16% up to RUR 20,579 million in the six months ended June 30, 2010.

Revenues from sales of electricity and capacity comprised 97.0% and 96.9% of Total Revenues in the six months ended June 30, 2010 and 2009 respectively. In the reporting period Revenues from sales of electricity and capacity increased by RUR 2,709 million or by 16% compared to six months ended the June 30, 2009.

Operating Expenses comprised RUR 20,568 million. Fuel costs represented the major part of Operating Expenses comprising 50% and 45% in the six months ended June 30, 2010 and 2009 respectively. Fuel purchase and transportation costs equaled RUR 10,316 million in the six months ended June 30, 2010.

Net loss comprised RUR 710 million in the six months ended June 30, 2010. Net profit excluding foreign exchange differences effect comprised RUR 847 million for the reporting period.

Total Assets decreased by RUR 566 million or 0,5% down to RUR 110,604 million as of June 30, 2010. Net Working Capital comprised RUR 50,534 million as of June 30, 2010.
