OREANDA-NEWS. October 04, 2010. A regular meeting of the Board of Directors of TATNEFT, chaired by R.N. Minnikhanov, President of the Republic of Tatarstan - Chairman of the Board of Directors of TATNEFT, was held in Kazan (Republic of Tatarstan), reported the press-centre of TATNEFT.

The meeting reviewed the outcome of TATNEFT budget budge execution for eight months of 2010 and approved the budget for October and the fourth quarter of this year and also discussed the projections of financial and economic activities of TATNEFT in 2011.

The Board of Directors was presented information on the personnel training system in TATNEFT and on organization of recreation and health improvement of children and employees of the Company's enterprises. Systematic planned activities in this area were highly appreciated and the executive management of the Joint Stock Company was invited to proceed working in this field.

A decision was taken to establish a branch office of TATNEFT in the territory of Turkmenistan for the management and delivery of services in the oil and gas industry of the country.

The Board of Directors also considered a number of other issues of TATNEFT activity.
