Karaganda factory of asbestos-cement products (Karagandy region), securities of which are listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE a copy of notice from Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations, reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the provided document FSA approved the Karaganda factory of asbestos-cement products report on bonds KZP03Y05B808 (KASE official list, buffer category, KAZIb3; KZT1, KZT2.0 bn, May 28, 2009 - May 28, 2014; semi-annual coupon 14.00 % APR, 30/360) placement results.

According to FSA notice as of November 27, 2009 the company did not place 1,494,000,000 of the said bonds.
