OREANDA-NEWS. October 01, 2010. The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) received a petition of “Interregional Networks” CJSC, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

The subject of the transaction is acquiring “Interregional Network Distribution Company” CJSC, “Chita Energy Supplying Managing Company” CJSC, “Energy Supplying Company of Zabaikalie” CJSC and “Yakutskaya Energy Company” CJSC to “Interregional Main Networks” CJSC. The transaction takes place within the same group of persons.

Governed by Clause 2 Part 2 and Part 3 Article 33 of No.135-FZ Federal Law “On Protection of Competition” of 26th July 2006, the Federal Antimonopoly Service extended the period for petition consideration until 27th November 2010 in order to be able to complete additional examination of the petition and obtain additional information.

Interested persons can submit information to the Federal Antimonopoly Service about possible effects of the transaction upon the state of competition.
