OREANDA-NEWS. September 30, 2010. PJSC "Insurance Company "Universalna" is named as one of the most client-oriented insurance companies in Ukraine in motor insurance according to the Rating Agency "Credit-Rating" research.

In this rating "Universalna" secured the 2nd position with 32,36 balls.

The main data source for the research was questionnaire poll. The credibility of information received has been checked using the comparative analysis with the disclosed data, as well as the insurance terms analysis. The level of tariffs, additional services, the number of exclusions, level of complexity and the transparency of claim settlement procedure have been analyzed throughout the process of insurance terms appeal estimation.

According to the analysts’ opinion, leaders of the motor insurance rating possess the "average level of tariffs, low number of exclusions, obtain the quite democratic claims settlement procedure".

Products of 32 insurance companies have been analyzed in the research process. The best ones have been chosen in 4 categories: motor insurance (MOD), property insurance, medical insurance and life insurance.

"Credit-Rating" plans to continue conducting such analysis in future.

The Rating Agency "Credit-Rating" is the first specialized rating agency in Ukraine, which provides services in credit ratings determination, as well as the ratings of the corporate governance, deposits’ security and insurance companies’ reliability.
