OREANDA-NEWS. September 30, 2010. EVROFINANCE MOSNARBANK JSCB OJSC Has Entered the Russian Interbank Market RUONIA- Ruble OverNight Index Average, reported the press-centre of EVROFINANCE MOSNARBANK.

NATIONAL FOREIGN EXCHANGE ASSOCIATION (NFEA) has announced about the start of calculation of a new indicative weighted ruble deposit rate “overnight” of the Russian Interbank Market RUONIA- Ruble OverNight Index Average. This rate is to provide maximally precise estimate of the value of unsecured borrowing of the banks with a minimal credit risk.

RUONIA rate is calculated by the Bank of Russia by the procedure developed by the National Foreign Exchange Association (NFEA) together with the Bank of Russia, on the basis of the data on deposit transactions concluded by the participating banks, obtained using report form No. 0409701 “Report on Transactions on Currency and Monetary Markets” in compliance with Order of the Bank of Russia dated November 12, 2009 No. 2332-У “On the List, Forms and Procedure of Filling and Provision of Report Forms of Credit Institutions to the Central Bank of the Russian Federation”.
