Government Allocates USD65 mn for Odessa Regional Hospital
OREANDA-NEWS. September 30, 2010. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine plans to allocate 65 million UAH to build a medical building of the Odessa regional hospital for approximately 300 beds. As the Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov said the Government will take the decision at the session.
"Today we will consider direction of 65 million UAH to build medical building of Odessa regional hospital for approximately 300 beds. At the same time we will reduce the costs of the object, where the preparation of technical documents is not fully completed in the same city. ", - Mykola Azarov and added that the Government keeps under constant control the state funds sent to the regions in the form of public investment.
The Prime Minister of Ukraine appealed to the heads of regional state administrations to effectively manage public funds: "if for whatever reason this year work on the objects could not be carried out, the money should be redirected for other facilities. Quickly submit proposals for redistribution. I worn you: the resource, which this year will be frozen due to non-readiness of the territory is the barrier for investment resources in 2011. Country will not finance unproductive managers."
