On September 20, 2010 was held the Bank Board of Directors absentee meeting where the following decisions have been made:

1. Remove from Development Bank of Kazakhstan Managing Board the Managing Director - M. Bektep, the Managing Board member.

2. Include to Development Bank of Kazakhstan Managing Board N. Kussainov.
