OREANDA-NEWS. September 29, 2010. Ipoteka-bank joint-stock commercial bank is actively rendering services in mortgage lending to the population of Uzbekistan.

As of 1 August 2010 the bank extended credits to 305 individuals for the total sum of 13.78 billion soums for the acquisition, construction or reconstruction of private housing.

To be noted, from the beginning of its activity Ipoteka-bank has extended credits worth 107.97 billion soums, including 1,877 credits worth 58.47 billion soums in Tashkent, 2,969 credits worth 49.5 billion soums in regional and rural areas.
