OREANDA-NEWS. September 29, 2010. The Marksovskoye Agency of ROSNO’s Saratov branch has concluded an insurance contract covering country property owned by a private individual, for the total insurance amount of 40 mln. 100 thousand roubles, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

The owner of the private cottage facility has acquired insurance protection for five real estate objects, including furnishing and plumbing systems: house with an attic, a hotel, a personnel building, a security building, and a bathhouse. This a personal recreation facility used by the owner not for commercial purposes, but for recreation of his family members and friends.

The property has been insured against the following risks: fire, explosion, lightning stroke, unlawful third-party actions, burglary, robbery, brigandage; flood, natural disasters, aircraft impact, collision with transport vehicles, glass breakage, damage by extraneous objects; rescue-related expenses and cleaning-up expenses of up to 5% of the amount of damage.

The contract will be valid for 1 year.
