OREANDA-NEWS. September 29, 2010. The Russian Bank for Development and interregional public organization Moscow Entrepreneur Association have signed a cooperation agreement in the area of SME support. The document was signed during the meeting of the First Deputy Chairman of the Board of RBD Dmitry Golovanov and the Chairman of Moscow Entrepreneur Organization Andrei Podenok that took place in the course of the Х Moscow International Show of Innovations and Investments, reported the press-centre of RBD.

The Agreement between RBD and MEA envisaged collaboration of the institutes for implementation of the research, educational and scientific projects and programs promoting small and medium-sized innovative business.

Under the agreement RBD and MEA intend to facilitate creation of a competitive environment in the scientific and technical area in the Russian Federation, to ensure access of small business to financial resources, to hold international and All-Russian events within the framework of joint programs and projects promoting development of innovative mass-media. The parties intend to participate in creation the regulatory framework in the field of entrepreneurship and to cooperate with government authorities on the questions of SMEs.
