OREANDA-NEWS. September 28, 2010. Fitch has assigned Alfa Bank Eurobonds a final long-term rating of BB. The bonds were issued by Alfa Bank Issuance Plc. Proceeds are to be redirected to Alfa Bank, rated BB with a stable outlook, in the form of a loan.

The bond was arranged by Deutsche Bank, UBS and Alfa Bank, has a 7.875% yield, totals USD 1 bn and matures in 7 years.
