OREANDA-NEWS. September 28, 2010. Allianz Ukraine Insurance Company indemnified 2 of its clients - an individual and a legal entity – total damage of UAH 116,025 for the two cars insured under the Formula motor hull insurance program. A loss event involving a BODEX KIS 3W semi-trailer occurred on the motorway Domonovo-Kovel-Chernivtsi. Driving at night, the driver lost control of the car on a slippery road and the vehicle swung over to the right. As a results of the traffic accident, the semi-trailer suffered significant damage of the right side. Allianz Ukraine Ins.Co. paid to its owner an insurance indemnity of UAH 62,063. A loss event involving a Mitsubishi Pajero Sport occurred in the village of Yakhny, Fastiv district, Kyiv Region. To avoid collision with a motorcyclist moving on the oncoming lane, the driver made a quick turn right and the car drove to the side of the road and ditched. After the traffic accident, constructive loss of the vehicle was established. Allianz Ukraine Ins.Co. paid to its owner an insurance indemnity of UAH 53,962.
