OREANDA-NEWS. September 28, 2010. IBA participated in TRADE IT’2010, the 1st international forum on information technologies in the services and trade sector as the event’s partner. Held in Minsk, Belarus, the forum was aimed at promoting development of the Belarusian services and trade sectors through the use of advanced information technologies, reported the press-centre of IBA.

The event gathered more than 300 representatives of governmental bodies, enterprises engaged in the consumer goods and services industries, IT companies, scientific and research institutes, and Belarusian universities.

Since 2000, IBA has implemented multiple projects for Belarusian enterprises of wholesale and retail trade including Belbakaleya, Minsk Central Department Store, and Oval Trading House.

At TRADE IT’2010 IBA delivered two presentations:

IBA: Commercial Enterprise Management. Improve efficiency through automation.

End-to-end solution to manage movement of goods and finance. How to create an integrated wholesale and retail chain using ERP II Microsoft Dynamics AX and 1C.

At the IBA booth, IBA experts provided consultations on the implementation of the IBA solutions at specific enterprises and other related issues.

In addition, IBA headed a break-out session “IT solutions to manage business processes of a trading company” and participated in the round table discussion “Trading company informatization: Peopleware”.
