OREANDA-NEWS. September 27, 2010. The Moscow City Court sustained the decision of the Gagarin district court of Moscow, which on May 18, 2010 satisfied a claim of Ingosstrakh against ex-director of Garant Service LLC R. Sharov.

A year ago he bailed to Ingosstrakh for the Finstar LLC insurance mediator with the relevant contract signed.

Due to inappropriate fulfillment of obligations by Finstar LLC under this contract Ingosstrakh claimed the guarantor R. Sharov. In the course of the investigation R. Sharov failed to dispute the suretyship agreement but the court did not allow the counter-claim against the company and made a decision to collect from him 20 mln rubles. 

Ingosstrakh will continue taking all necessary measures within the existing laws including legal investigations regarding unfair participants of the insurance market for protection of the company’s interests and the interests of its shareholders and clients.
