... according to Insurance company's Board of Directors decision, the following decision was made by absentee voting:

1. about releasing A. Atambaev from his position of Insurance company's internal auditor, on his own accord, effective from September 16, 2010.

2. about appointing Z. Nusipbek as Insurance company's Head of Internal Auditing, effective from September 16, 2010, with remuneration terms as per staff schedule.
