Kazakhtelecom Technically Supported Summit of OSCE Ministers
OREANDA-NEWS. September 27, 2010. Unofficial Summit of OSCE ministers for foreign affairs, held in Akbulak sport-complex, Talgar under technical support of Kazakhtelecom JSC, reported the press-centre of Kazakhtelecom.
Fiber optic communication line from Talgar to Akbulak sport-complex has been layed to secure participants of the summit with high speed communication channels, on territory of which 30 extra Internet wireless access points (Wi-Fi) have been installed. Internet access (100 MB/s) has been provided for 150 workplaces for Mass Media officials in international press-center (further Press center). Local network was built in press center and headquarters for installation of PC for OSCE officials.
Kazakhtelecom JSC installed mini ATS with trunk and international communication. Company’s specialists installed 87 telephone and 11 facsimile devices totally in press center, in summit hall, also OSCE headquarters. 34 laser printers and 4 copiers have been installed in summit hall, headquarters and press center.
Besides, installation works on 201 laptop and PCs performed, 24 hours data transfer network monitoring and press center technical support have been organized.
