OREANDA-NEWS. September 27, 2010. Sviaz-Bank acted as paying agent authorized by Sibirtelecom OJSC to pay interest on the tenth coupon and redeem 100% of par value of the company’s Series 06 bonds, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank. 

The bondholders were paid coupon interest at a rate of 9.75% per annum, or 48 rubles 62 kopecks per bond, and 100% of par value of a security in accordance with the debt repayment schedule. A total amount of 2,097,239,646 rubles was paid out.

Sibirtelecom floated its five-year Series 06 bond issue on September 22, 2005 to raise 2 billion rubles. Sviaz-Bank acted as managing underwriter of the issue.
