OREANDA-NEWS. September 24, 2010. Saratov. The meeting of the President of the company and the Governor of the Region Pavel Ipatov was held in the course of the visit of the official delegation to the Saratov Region. Within the frames of the meeting the parties have determined the priorities of further cooperation of the oil and gas holding and the region. Special accent was made on the substantial contribution of NK “RussNeft” in solution of social and economic tasks of the region. 

Thus, in the current year a subsidiary of JSC NK “RussNeft”, JSC “Saratovneftegas” has managed not only to stop the decline of, but even to raise the extent of hydrocarbon stock production by 10 thousand tons as compared with the target figure. Therewith the cumulative oil production at the enterprise in 2010 will amount to 901 thousand tons. Capital investments iof the Company in 2010 will amount to 343 million rubles instead of 262 million rubles planned in the agreement of the Government of the Saratov region and “RussNeft”.

JSC “Saratovneftegas” is one of the major taxpayers in the region. This year tax payments of the enterprise in the consolidated budget of the region will grow up by 90.5 million rubles as compared with the target figure and will make up 670 million rubles.

Besides, social investments of “RussNeft” in the Saratov region in 2010 will amount to more than 62 million rubles, and almost one third of this sum – 19 million rubles – will be assigned to implementation of regional charity programs. Besides, in the course of the meeting Mikhail Gutseriev has made a decision to enlarge the social program in the Saratov region by 15 million rubles at the account of his personal funds.
