OREANDA-NEWS. September 24, 2010. Samarkand bank open joint-stock commercial bank held an extraordinary meeting of shareholders.

The meeting resulted in the decision to mortgage the immovable property of Samarkand bank.

The pawn will secure the credit extended by Asaka state joint-stock commercial bank for Toshkent Ravnaq Korki.

The meeting approved the structure of clearing committee and introduced changes to the board of the bank.
