OREANDA-NEWS. September 23, 2010. SCM Group has gained control over Farmatsiya Donbassa pharmaceuticals company (Donetsk), thus completing the transaction.

As a result SCM concentrated 99.81% of the authorized capital of Farmatsiya Donbassa.

Having finished all legal procedures and formalized purchase and sale transaction, SCM Group acquired over 100 Farmatsiya Donbassa pharmacies, most of which are located in Donetsk and Donetsk Oblast.
