Following the development strategy of this Group's business, ESTA is analyzing the possibility to participate in Kievskiy TSUM. In particular, ESTA has bought a minority stake in this company. At the moment Kievskiy TSUM is not a part of SCM Group. Thus, there is no reason to state that SCM directly or indirectly controls this property.
