OREANDA-NEWS. September 23, 2010. The Kyiv municipal commercial court cancels the results of the privatization tender for the sale of the Luhanskteplovoz to Transmashholding of Russia on June 15, 2010, as the press service of the State Property Fund of Ukraine announced on Sep 22. The court satisfied a the lawsuit filed by the Mantara Holding Company, a company close to the Pryvat Group, which had been excluded from the tender process.
