OREANDA-NEWS. September 23, 2010. Eximbank Kazakhstan (Almaty, hereinafter – the bank), securities of which are present in Kazakhstan  Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, informed KASE that on October 11, 2010 at 12:00 p.m. starts its shareholders special general meeting, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The only issue on the said meeting's agenda is approving by the bank of a deal, executing of which is of some interest to the bank, with a party connected to the bank by special relationship, the Central-Asian power-energy company.

The meeting will be held at: Almaty, 80, Bogenbai batyr Str. Participants will be registered from 11:30 a.m.

The list of shareholders entitled to participate in the meeting was developed as of September 16, 2010.

In case of the quorum absence the repeated meeting will be held on October 12, 2010 at the same time and address.
